Recently granted planning permission for the construction of a three to four-storey contemporary residential development including 46 residential units comprising of 19no 2 bed Ground floor apartments, 19no 3 bed duplexes above accessed via external stairs. 4no 3 bedroom apartments, 3no 1 bed apartments and 1no studio apartment accessed via communal hall and staircore. The proposed development includes communal amenity spaces and parking.
