Daneswell Place is is a large multi-unit residential development over car park incorporating five blocks of apartments totalling 168 apartment units, and six blocks of 3 storey houses totalling 39 housing units.
This project is a high-end development which required the system to adapt to a premium specification and construction detail for the housing units. The 168 apartment units are laid out over five blocks including studio, 1bed, 2 bed & 3 bed units in blocks of up to 48No apartments rising approx. 6 storeys.
