Retail Units in Galway – PDA have been appointed project Architect for the refurbishment of 2 no. retail stores in Galway. Both projects consist of new fresh approach with new flooring, internal alterations, new coffee shop and Deli offer upgrade.
New protected Structure Rathgar: PDA are delighted to be commissioned to revert an existing 2 storey over basement protected structure Victorian House previously in 5 apartment back to a single residential unit. A lot of detailed work ahead but a very exciting project to have on the books.
Retail Unit – Wexford Town – PDA have been appointed as project Architect for a fourth store for Irish retail chain to remodel the interior layout and exterior works. Project completion date is Nov 2013 which will require excellent planning and project management.
New House upgrade and extension – Rathfarnham. New house purchased by client and looking for complete strip out and extension with remodelling and upgrading. An exciting project with a view to complete before Christmas.

Foundations poured on 5000 sq ft house in Donabate. Works proceeding well.
