PDA have been commission to provide Architectural services including site supervision for new 60 bed Nursing home which is due to start on site in July 2014. This is a great commission and looking forward to additional project of this nature.
Assigned Certifier Role – PDA commissioned to provide both Assigned certifier and Architectural services for a change of use project from Office to new fitness centre in Sandyford.
